About Prompt & Product

Prompt & Product covers the design problem underneath every AI feature: how do you build something that people trust enough to keep using? Not the model — the interface around it, the evaluation behind it, and the guardrails that stop a helpful product becoming a liability.

We write for the designers, PMs and engineers shipping these features, and we work from products that actually shipped rather than concept demos. A pattern only earns a place here if we can point at where it is running.

How we work

Teardowns are based on the shipped product, used as a customer would use it. Claims about behaviour are things we observed, not things a launch post asserted. Every piece passes human editorial review, and where we are describing a pattern rather than a measurement, we say which it is.
